Another World Best for Richards

Steyning Olympian, Ian Richards, has taken almost 20 seconds off the M70 world 3000m race walk record. Competing at the World Masters Indoor Championships in Poland his time of 15:19.64 gave Richards a 50-second victory over Italy’s Ettorino Formentin. This achievement made up for his disqualification in the recent British Championships.
