SUSSEX TRACK & FIELD TEAMS
Each year teams are selected to represent Sussex at the regional inter county events across all age groups. These take place between July and August each year.
None of this would be possible without the team managers, who are all volunteers. They give up their time to ensure Sussex athletes have the opportunity to compete at a high level. We thank them all.

Selection is based on performance and form. If you believe an athlete should be considered for a Sussex Team place, please ensure you make your representation directly to the team manager ASAP, prior to selection, or it will be too late. The team managers are working to entry deadlines and their decisions will be final.
**For the U15 team there is only one athlete per event, so two athletes in the county will be contacted by the team manager for each event – one to compete, the other as first reserve. Athletes will be selected based on recent performance and present form so please appreciate that leading the rankings having peaked with a time or distance set in May or June, will not guarantee selection if other athletes are more consistent performers.
