A cross-country relay event for teams or 3 or 4 runners (depending on age & gender), from Under-13s to Over-60s. Includes a 2km non-relay race for Under-11s (school years 5 & 6).
The 2025 races will be held on Sat 27th Sept.
Entry is open now, through our online entry and payment form
Entry on the day may be available, subject to there being race numbers left, but online entry is advised and strongly preferred.
Team managers should submit their teamsheets online, once they know who is running each leg. Check the entry confirmation email for the link. The earlier we get the information, the quicker the results will come out.
Course & Location
The senior course is approximately 4km per lap, on grassland and footpaths through the woods in Goodwood Country Park. The junior course is about 2.8km, with less time in the woods. Both courses are suitable for spikes. And have plenty of hills.
