All athletes must be affiliated to England Athletics and their affiliation membership number shown on the entry form. No athlete will be able for awards unless competing in their club vests. Awards:

  • Medals will be awarded to first 3 runners in each age group and to the first three teams in each of the above categories.
  • Teams will comprise the first 3 finishers for each club, except for 35-49 men, which will be 4 to score.
  • Athletes are not permitted to score in two different age groups i.e. as individuals for one age group and in the team competition for another age group, except over 70 men and women who will score in the over 60 teams (as these individual categories do not have team competitions). Athletes may opt to score in the age band lower than their own, but this must be notified to the meeting manager in advance of the day.
  • Presentation of Awards for all races will take place as soon as the results are known and proceedings allow.

Directions – Coombe Farm is best approached via the A27 (please note there is a new road layout since last year).(Please note this is a working farm so no dogs anywhere on site).

The course – 2 x 2.5 mile laps with a sweeping Downland course with approx 400 feet of accent, it has a cattle grid but this can be bypassed by gates on either side.

Car parking is off road so car sharing maybe a good idea, we intend to have people to direct runners upon arrival.

Club tents are very welcome and can be pitched near the start/finish area.

Notice – No dogs, no smoking, no entering farm buildings other than the designated office/toilets, and please take your litter home with you.

DATA PROTECTION – In entering this event, athletes are agreeing to Sussex AA publishing personal information as part of results and passing such information on to the governing body and/or affiliated organisations. Data may also be used to provide information on future events. Any queries regarding this contact Kate Matthews (matthews2000@live.co.uk)
