COACHING ASSISTANT courses in Sussex
The Coaching Assistant course is the first step on the coaching ladder and covers a basic introduction to coaching young athletes from aged 10 upwards in all the athletics events.
The format involves two days of virtual learning with an additional practical day. The practical day is a mixture of theory and practical and candidates may watch/observe if they don’t want to actively take part. There is no assessment.
