On Saturday the second round of the Lower Age Group Youth Development Leagues will be held with both the Brighton & Hove and Hastings clubs hosting matches.
The East One league will see both Brighton & Hove and Lewes in action at Withdean while the Hastings, East Grinstead and Worthing teams will be competing at the William Parker Track at Hastings in Division East Two.
The Crawley and Horsham teams will travel to Aldershot for their West One match and Chichester travel to Bournemouth for their West Two battle.
Several Sussex athletes will be in action at the “Loughborough International” meeting including Crawley’s Orla Brothers, Brighton Phoenix’s Archie Davis, Brighton & Hove’s Cameron Fillery and Wadhurst’s Joe Fuggle who are in the GB Junior team who will be competing against the Home Countries line up.
Sussex 400m hurdles record holders Seb Rodger and Bethany Close as well as Hastings long jump Elise Lovell will be in the England Senior team.
