Due to problems with the lights at the Withdean Stadium we have had to change the venue for the Final of the Sussex U15 League to the Crawley K2 Arena for Friday 2nd September 2016. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Weekend Preview
The final matches in the Southern Athletics League are being held this weekend with Eastbourne Rovers the only Sussex club likely to be involved in promotion or relegation.
Crawley in Division one and Brighton & Hove in Division two are both lying fifth in their respective divisions with Crawley at Southampton and Brighton & Hove travelling to Kingsmeadow at Kingston.
The rest of the Sussex clubs are in either Division Three South East or South West.
Eastbourne is in the South East Division and is lying second in the League table with Hastings in sixth place and they will clash at Hastings.
In the same division the Lewes/Haywards Heath team are lying eighth and travel to Gillingham while East Grinstead who are 14th compete at Tooting.
In the South West Division Horsham Blue Star, who are seventh will be competing at Reading while Worthing have a home match and will be welcoming Chichester amongst the visitors.
On Sunday the South of England U15 and U20 Inter-county match at be held at Horspatch, Oxford.
Also on Sunday we hope that Charlie Grice will be lining up for the final of the 1,500m in Rio.
