A huge congratulations to Arena 80's Caroline Wood who was part of the gold medal winning W60 team at the Great Britain and Ireland Masters International Cross Country competition.
The 6K race took place at Tollcross, Glasgow, at the weekend.
England actually tied with the Republic of Ireland on points, but were awarded the gold on countback.
