There are changes to the course at Lancing Manor on Saturday where the Sussex Masters championships are being held on Saturday.
Because of preparations for the installation of a G4 football pitch the runners will not be able to use their usual start and finish area in the Manor Grounds and the start finish area will be in MacIntire's Field above the allotments and courses will not run near the Leisure Centre.
Results will still be in the Centre.
The first race, the Men’s M50/M60 race will start at 1.00 and will be followed by W35/45 and 55 at 1.40 and the final race at 2.10 will be for M40.
Many names from Sussex cross-country running from the past fifty years are still appearing in the entries.
