Athletes are reminded that they have just four days to enter this year’s Sussex Track and Field Championship.
Entries have to be postmarked either before or on Wednesday 29th.
There is a late entry date of May 6th but this will cost you £2 more per event.

Looking further ahead the Sussex 10km Road Race championships is being held in conjunction with the Worthing 10km on Sunday 7th June.
Participants can enter via the event website www.worthing10k.co.uk
The race organisers are expecting the event to sell out, and whilst they will be reserving limited places for affiliated runners they would like to encourage Sussex club runners to enter as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
