Congratulations to Haywards Heath Harrier, Marion Hemsworth, who was made a Medallist of the Order of the British Empire in the Kings New Year Honours.
Marion, 74, was recognised for services to wellbeing and to the community in West Sussex, in particular for setting up J and M Running.
