In a phenomenal 1500m run at the Diamond League in Monaco, Brighton Phoenix's Charlie Grice ran 3:30.62 to move to fourth on the UK All-Time list and beat Steve Ovett's county, club and former world record time.
This was a three second personal best from an athlete who was in a boot for two months after injury prevented him from taking part in the European indoors in Glasgow.
