Not content with just one world record, Brighton and Hove's Julia Machin added another world mark and a British record to her tally, at the inaugural London Masters International at Lee Valley.
The former British high jump record holder smashed the W55 pentathlon world record with a score of 4752 points.
Along the way, she improved her own high jump world record from 1.60m to 1.62m and set a British long jump record of 4.99m.
She had opened the day with a sharp 13.56s in the 80m hurdles and closed her campaign with an 800m time of 2:57.81.
Julia is a full-time teacher at Cardinal Newman School in Hove and a dedicated coach at Brighton and Hove AC.
It was a phenomenal day for a remarkable athlete.
