The Sussex Cross-country relay championships acts as prelude for the 2015/16 Cross Country season at Goodwood on Saturday.
The season proper starts later next month when the first League fixture is held, also at Goodwood.
Saturday’s races start at 12.00 when the U13 boys and girls race together and they will be followed at 12.45 with the U15 races.
The women, including the U17 and Masters along with the seniors get underway at 1.30 while at 2.30 the senior men, U17 and Masters complete the afternoons activities.
