Will there be Sussex Track and Field Championships in 2017?
Last May it was announced that Keith May was organising his last County Track and Field championship and efforts were made to recruit a successor or successors.
Meetings have been held to look at the post and see how this could be divided to efficiently share the job and it could be split between three or four persons.
We need to get people in post early next year otherwise there will be no alternative but to cancel next year’s championships for the first time, apart from the War, since 1924.
Anyone who feels that they may be able to help should contact the County Administrator.
