Park Runs

Parkruns are weekly 5K time trials held throughout the UK. They are open to all ages and abilities, free, safe and easy to take part in. The runs take place in pleasant parkland surroundings. Results are recorded and published each week making these great events for the runner to use to measure their performance improvements over a period of time. Everyone is invited including families and children. The park runs take place every Saturday at 9:00 AM. You can register and print your bar code on-line.
