Road Runners in Sussex are well served with the provision of road race events from 5 km to marathon distance and beyond. Many are hosted by clubs and some by organisations. The county is currently looking for organisers to incorporate Sussex County Championship races – 10 kilometres and a half marathon -within current races.
The Sussex Road Relay Championships are held in spring at Preston Park, Brighton.
